Replacement Hard Jaws

All of our Hard Jaws are made in-house from UK sourced Steel. All Jaws are CNC machined to ensure a repeatable product specification. Post machining, all Jaws are knurled/serrated using a single point profiled cutting tool, to provide a 'cut' knurl which is superior in quality/grip to the mass produced 'formed' or 'pressed' knurl, which can be found en-mass online. 

All our Hard Jaws are Case Hardened to 58-60 HRC, post machining. Case Hardening ensures a strong yet wear resistant Vice Jaw, far superior to the 'mass produced' products which have swamped the market for decades.
